Sections 2.1, 2.2, 2.3, and 2.4 of the RTSI-BWT, otherwise known as an independent indicated section designated RTSI-ESIT is applicable to the page titled "Firm" "Our Team" and any other location on this website containing employee information. By accepting these terms you agree to have an automated access code sent to the email address provided. This serves as the marking point of these terms going into effect. The provided email address will be archived for employee protection record keeping, for no shorter than 1 year from the time of submission. I agree and understand that In the event that I break the agreement of these terms, or am implicated in these terms being broken, RT SALES, RT SALES affiliates, and RT SALES subsidiaries reserves the right to use my email submission as evidence in a proper court of criminal or civil law pursuant to the penal code of the State of Virginia Commonwealth, the Federal Government of the United States of America, and any other penal code of a state which proves to be applicable in case of incident.
